2t baking powder | at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Cool. Add |
1c buttermilk | Frosting when cool. |

Frosting Ingredients | Pineapple Frosting |
1c evaporated milk | In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, margarine, |
1c sugar | and vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat stirring |
3 egg yolks | constantly until mixture thickens (about 12 min). |
1/2c margarine | Add drained, crushed pineapple and stir well. |
1t vanilla extract | |
1 (20oz) can drained pineapple |
