| Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mix |
| 1c all-purpose flour | Ingredients can be layered in a jar for a gift with a tag |
| 1t baking soda | attatched that lists the additional ingredients that are |
| 1t ground cinnamon | needed when ready to prepare the cookies. |
| 1/2t ground nutmeg | |
| 1/2t salt | when ready to prepare, heat oven to 350, mix in additional |
| 3/4c brown sugar, packed | ingredients and drop cookies onto a cookie sheet cooking |
| 1/2c sugar | until done |
| 3/4c raisins | |
| 2c oats | |

| 3/4c butter | |
| 1 egg | |
| 1t vanilla |

Oh I love this idea! Oatmeal Raisin Cookies are one of my favorites, so I think I'll have to make this mix and store it for when I get the craving (which happens entirely too often).
And when the ingredients are layered in a jar, they make an inexpensive, lovely gift. Just place a cute label with the instructions on it, decorate the jar and your gift is ready for giving :)
