| Yeild: About 4 batches | Gingerbread Mix |
| 8c all-purpose flour | Mix ingredients thoroughly. Store in an airtight container. |
| 2c sugar | |
| 1/4c baking powder | |
| 1Tsalt | To make Ginger Cookies- Add 3c mix to 1/3c molasses |
| 1t baking soda | and 1 egg. Roll into 1in balls, mash flat and bake at 350 |
| 1t cloves | until done. |
| 1T ginger | |
| 1T cinnamon | |
| 2c shortening | |
