| 1c all-purpose flour | Ingredients can be layered in a jar for a gift with a tag |
| 1t baking soda | attatched that lists the additional ingredients that are |
| 1t ground cinnamon | needed when ready to prepare the cookies. |
| 1/2t ground nutmeg | |
| 1/2t salt | when ready to prepare, heat oven to 350, mix in additional |
| 3/4c brown sugar, packed | ingredients and drop cookies onto a cookie sheet cooking |
| 1/2c sugar | until done |
| 3/4c raisins | |
| 2c oats | |
| Additional Ingredients: | |
| 3/4c butter | |
| 1 egg | |
| 1t vanilla |

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mix
Gingerbread Mix
| Yeild: About 4 batches | Gingerbread Mix |
| 8c all-purpose flour | Mix ingredients thoroughly. Store in an airtight container. |
| 2c sugar | |
| 1/4c baking powder | |
| 1Tsalt | To make Ginger Cookies- Add 3c mix to 1/3c molasses |
| 1t baking soda | and 1 egg. Roll into 1in balls, mash flat and bake at 350 |
| 1t cloves | until done. |
| 1T ginger | |
| 1T cinnamon | |
| 2c shortening | |
Master Baking Mix
Yeild: 14 1/2c | Master Baking Mix |
| 8c all-purpose flour | Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Will resemble course crumbs |
| 2c nonfat dry milk | Can be used in any recipe calling for biscuit mix |
| 1/3c baking powder | |
| 1/4c sugar | |
| 1T salt | |
| 2C shortening | |
