Yeild: 14 1/2c
Master Baking Mix
8c all-purpose flourMix all ingredients thoroughly.  Will resemble course crumbs
2c nonfat dry milkCan be used in any recipe calling for biscuit mix
1/3c baking powder
1/4c sugar
1T salt
2C shortening
